Hello all!
When I removed the right front fender flares on my Chrome Country one of the clips that is holding the flare was damaged, the clip seems to be glued to the flare, is it possible to buy a new clip and glue it to the fender flare? Or should i try to use a screw or something to fix it instead?

Sorry, I would buy a new flare. It is easyer.

Is the flares still avalible as a spare part? That would of course be the best solution, however when i talked to the local vw dealer here in sweden he thought all spare parts for Country is more or less sold out, perhaps this is not the case for the flares?

The flare is still to get. The spare part number is 161 949 117, charging about 8...9 €.

OK! Good to know, I just made a test mount and secured the flare with a cable tied (maybe wrong word) but what to be used for strapping cables, and it seams to hold the flare pretty good. Perhaps i should buy a new spare flare if my home solution doesent work in the long run.
I am also thinking about to seal the hole for the flare clip in the inner fender with a thin rubber plate to prevent rust problem...
